- Cleanse the face and begin with clean, dry skin.
- Connect the mask to the charged controller and adjust the strap.

Is this an LED mask or a laser mask?
It's an LED mask — 328 LED beads across four light modes. It is not a laser device, and it does not include a blue light mode.
How long should each session be?
Choose 5, 10 or 15 minutes with the T button. If it's your first time, do a 1-minute tolerance check, start at 5 minutes, and build up gradually. We recommend using it about 3–4 times per week.
How do the M, T and power buttons work?
Hold the power button for about 1.5 seconds to turn the controller on. Press M to choose your light mode, and press T to choose your session length (5, 10 or 15 minutes).
How long does the battery last?
The controller's 2000mAh battery runs for approximately 1–1.5 hours per charge, and takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge via the included Type-C cable.
Is the wall adapter included?
The Type-C charging cable is included. The 5V/1A wall adapter is not included — you can use any compatible USB adapter you already have.
How do I clean and store it?
Wipe the mask with a slightly damp soft cloth after use and let it air dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from water.
Is it safe to use?
It's designed for cosmetic home use. Don't stare directly into the illuminated LEDs for extended periods, and don't use it if you're photosensitive. Consult a medical professional first if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, living with epilepsy, using a pacemaker, or managing a relevant medical or light-sensitive condition, and avoid photosensitising skincare ingredients on the same day.
